Any additional work not explicitly covered in this estimate will incur additional charges and or time.
The company will adhere to the completion schedule provided within this estimate unless additional work is authorized, in which case a new estimate will be made and adhered to.
Changes to Services:
Any changes requested by the client to the services described in this estimate are not binding unless accepted by Kit and Kraft in writing.
Requested changes may impact the project schedule and/or cost.
The client agrees to pay any additional charges resulting from approved changes.
