At Kit and Kraft, we thrive on turning your unique visions into handcrafted wooden masterpieces. To ensure the smoothest journey from inspiration to creation, we have some custom order policies in place for larger projects and designs.
Deposit & Payment:
**For custom orders exceeding $100 or involving complex designs, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. This secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to your project. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion and prior to shipment or delivery.

For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods for both the deposit and final payment:
*Cash (for local deliveries)

**Changes after initial design approval may incur additional charges and or time. Estimated completion times and rates will be provided at the time of the deposit and confirmed throughout the process.
